WEDNESDAY, OCTOBERER 1
NAGDCA’S 2025 Conference was a great success for those looking to learn at a conference where attendees are energized and represent such a broad range of stakeholders in the governmental deferred compensation plan marketplace. Kudos to NAGDCA and all of those who worked so hard to make it such a great event.
The NAGDCA Conference is the premier gathering for learning about industry trends, gaining fiduciary education and networking.
This was my 4th NAGDCA conference, and this was the best once I have attended. Everything about this year’s conference was great from the sessions to the venue, to the networking events. I have multiple things that I will take back from the conference to put into practice to help our plan participants. After returning home from the conference this year, I am already excited thinking about Orlando in 2026!
As a first-time attendee, I didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by how well-organized and high-performing the conference was. Every session, breakout, and general session was informative and engaging.
NAGDCA expertly combines industry-leading speakers with peer networking so that retirement plan sponsors can visualize and strategize how to apply new concepts to serve participants.
I feel much better prepared in my role as a Deferred Compensation Committee Member due to all I learned at this conference. I’m so happy I attended.
This conference is indispensable for any deferred compensation committee member to stay educated and informed on important issues.
Attending the annual NAGDCA conference always re-energizes me to go back to work and do better. The ability to network, share stories and ideas, and commiserate with others in the industry is so incredibly important for me, and this conference provides ample opportunity to do that. It motivates me to re-examine the way I have been doing some things and gives me a fresh and optimistic perspective on my work. It allows me to face the new year with new drive!
