What is NAGDCA?
NAGDCA represents the nation’s public sector defined contribution plan administrators. Our goal is to advance the expertise, knowledge, and network of this community of professionals, so they can enable government workers to save for a secure retirement.
NAGDCA’s leadership represents a diverse group of veteran public sector retirement plan administrators and industry experts from across the country. Each Executive Board member brings a unique skill set and decades of retirement industry experience to their role in determining the strategic priorities of the organization.
Our Strategic Plan
The guiding document behind NAGDCA’s strategic priorities is the five-year strategic plan. Crafted in 2016, this document serves as the centerpiece of NAGDCA’s future development plans.
Volunteer committees are an integral part of NAGDCA’s success. Whether planning the NAGDCA Annual Conference, refining the Benchmarking Survey, or developing NAGDCA’s Legislative Priorities, our dedicated committee members volunteer their time to improve the association, and make their mark on the industry.
