Re: Proposed Constitution Amendments
After a thorough review of the Constitution and with legal guidance, the NAGDCA Board is proposing various amendments for the membership’s consideration. Some of the changes simplify or clarify the language while others are more significant in nature. The attached packet includes a breakdown of the proposed amendments as well as a redlined version of the Constitution for easier review.
