Government Peer Group Discussions

Call for moderators!

We’re seeking volunteers to moderate the Government Peer Group Discussions at the 2025 NAGDCA Annual Conference in San Diego. These sessions are scheduled for Tuesday, September 30 from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and offer a unique opportunity for government attendees to connect with peers from similarly sized plans to exchange ideas and share best practices.

Moderators will be responsible for:

• Welcoming attendees and kicking off the discussion
• Facilitating a productive and inclusive conversation
• Keeping the session on time
• Recruiting 1–2 volunteers to assist with microphones, if needed
• Preparing 3–4 fallback questions in case the conversation stalls
