Each year, we strive to create a conference that features valuable, timely programming relevant to what our members are doing in the industry. To that end, we are seeking suggestions for topics that our members are most interested in to guide the development of our programming. Your input will ensure that the Annual Conference Committee considers a broad and rich spectrum of topics as they develop sessions, and we will also consider the suggestions for other content such as publications or NAGDCA Connect sessions. We encourage you to take advantage of the call for topics to share what you’d like NAGDCA to focus on in 2021.

Sessions & Speaker Selection Timeline

  • January – Conference Committee reviews topic submissions
  • February – Conference Committee finalizes session topics and descriptions
  • March – Call for speakers distributed
  • May – Speakers finalized
  • September 12-15 – 2021 NAGDCA Annual Conference in Phoenix, AZ

2021 Annual Conference Session Topic Suggestions

Highlights from 2019

Government and Industry members from around the country gathered in New Orleans to review best practices, industry innovation, and network with peers in the government defined contribution plan arena. Over four days, attendees were able to participate in over 10 presentations covering topics from storytelling techniques to fiduciary best practices.
