We’re excited to offer new sponsorship packages that provide opportunities for your organization to stay top-of-mind with the NAGDCA community year round and during our virtual Annual Conference in September.

Sponsorship Packages
Benefits Information
Complimentary virtual Annual Conference registrations
May be used by a set number of company representatives as outlined in each package. A discount code will be shared with sponsors that may be shared with company employees to zero out the fee when registering for the virtual Annual Conference.
Complimentary NAGDCA memberships
May be used by a set number of company representatives as outlined in each package. Complimentary memberships will be applied to 2021 dues (1/1/21-12/31/21). Please email the names of the individuals who will receive the memberships to Jessica Willhoite at jwillhoite@amrms.com.

Logo included on NAGDCA’s website.
Logo featured on virtual Annual Conference agenda
Logo featured on the main event web page for the virtual Annual Conference.
Sponsor profile on NAGDCA website (available until 12/31/21)

Recognition during virtual Annual Conference opening and closing sessions
Logo will be featured at the beginning of the opening and closing sessions of the virtual Annual Conference.
Advance access to the virtual Annual Conference attendee list
A link will be shared with the sponsorship point of contact that may be used to download the Annual Conference attendee list – updated weekly. The list may not be used for mass mailings or to directly promote a company’s products/services, but may be used to promote a company’s speaker/session and to send invitations for events held in conjunction with the NAGDCA virtual Annual Conference.
Branded thought leadership pieces (featured in sponsor profile and distributed to members)
Sponsors may submit a set number of branded thought leadership/research/educational pieces as outlined in each package that will be included in the sponsor profile featured on the NAGDCA website. Pieces are subject to approval.
Guaranteed opportunity to participate as a moderator or speaker during NAGDCA Connect or virtual Annual Conference
One company representative may participate as a moderator or speaker during a NAGDCA Connect or virtual annual conference session. Sponsors should submit names for moderator/speaker opportunities following the normal process in response to a call for speakers.
If a company representative is not selected via a call for speakers, NAGDCA will reach out to the sponsorship point of contact to ensure the guaranteed spot is fulfilled.
