We’re expecting well-attended virtual sessions that attract both our regular conference attendees as well as those who are not able to attend our in-person events due to travel and/or budget barriers. May be used by a set number of company representatives as outlined in each package. A discount code will be shared with sponsors when they sign up that may be shared with individuals to zero out the fee when registering for the event.

Recognition during Wednesday Learning Labs (12)
Company logo will be featured at the beginning of each of the Learning Lab sessions scheduled for Wednesdays during October. Company will be recognized a total of 12 times.
Advance access to NAGDCA Connect attendee list
A link will be shared with the sponsorship point of contact beginning in early August that may be used to download the attendee list – updated weekly. The list may not be used for mass mailings or to directly promote a company’s products/services, but may be used to promote a company’s speaker/session, encourage participation in NAGDCA Connect and by Visionary Sponsors to send invitations for NAGDCA Hangout events.
Moderator role for Tuesday DC Community Exchange
One company representative may participate as a small group discussion co-moderator for one DC Community Exchange session scheduled on Tuesdays during October. Drawing from a set of prepared discussion questions from NAGDCA, the co-moderator will partner with a plan sponsor moderator and together they will be responsible for facilitating a 10-person discussion session between 5 industry representatives and 5 plan sponsors ensuring equal opportunity for participation from all participants.
NAGDCA will reach out to the sponsorship point of contact regarding the role and representative in late August.
Recognition during Monday General Sessions (4)
Company logo will be featured at the beginning of each of the four General Sessions scheduled for Mondays during October.
Two thought leadership pieces attached to sponsor profile
Visionary Sponsors may submit two thought leadership/research/educational pieces to be included in the sponsor profile featured on the event platform. Pieces are subject to approval.
Opportunity to host a NAGDCA Hangout
Visionary Sponsors have the opportunity to get creative and host a virtual event on the platform of your choosing. Companies may brand and promote the event in conjunction with NAGDCA Connect and the attendee list may be utilized to distribute invitations. Events must be scheduled on Fridays during October, but the time is of your choosing.
NAGDCA will not participate in the coordination or promotion of these events.
