- Full Refund: cancel in writing by April 4, 2023
- Full Refund less a $25 administrative fee: cancel in writing between April 5 – April 20
No refunds after April 20 unless in the event of a special circumstance such as a serious illness, accident, or death of a family member. Documentation to support the special circumstance (e.g., a physician’s statement) will be required in order to process the refund. No refund will be considered for special circumstances reported after May 4, 2023.
