2020 NAGDCA Annual Conference
Call for Session Topics

The call for session topcis closed EOD Wednesday, January 8.
A call for conference speakers will be distributed in March.

NAGDCA’s call for annual conference session topics is now open! For NAGDCA20, we are working to create a conference that features valuable, timely programming relevant to what our members are doing in the industry. To that end, we are seeking suggestions for topics that reflect the best thinking in the industry, informed by experience and expertise.

If you have an idea that is informative, innovative and engaging, please take time to submit it via the form below. Your input will ensure that the Annual Conference Committee considers a broad and rich spectrum of topics. Given the number of high quality submissions we typically receive, we are unable to accept each session idea. The Conference Committee may modify proposed topics, particularly if multiple submissions on similar topics are received.

Please note, a call for speakers will be distributed to members following the committee’s selection of topics. As always, the Conference Committee will specifically be looking for plan sponsors who are willing to share their experiences by participating as a speaker. If you know a plan sponsor who can speak to the topic you’re submitting, please share their information with us in the suggested speakers field on the form below. The Conference Committee will give special consideration to the submissions that include plan sponsors as suggested speakers.

Sessions & Speaker Selection Timeline

  • January – Conference Committee reviews topic submissions
  • February – Conference Committee finalizes session topics and descriptions.

2020 Annual Conference Session Topic Suggestions

Please note, a separate call for speakers will be distributed to members following the committee's selection of topics. The Conference Committee will give special consideration to the submissions that include plan sponsors as suggested speakers.  The final decisions on sessions and speakers is the purview of the Conference Committee. For these reasons, your suggested speakers may not be invited or confirmed.
