On Wednesday, December 9, President Josh Luskin testified on behalf of NAGDCA during a hearing of the Senate Finance Subcommittee on Social Security, Pensions, and Family Policy. The hearing—“Investigating Challenges to American Retirement Security”—included statements from Subcommittee Chairman Rob Portman (R-OH) and Subcommittee Ranking Member Sherrod Brown (D-OH).
During his testimony, Luskin highlighted four of NAGDCA’s six legislative priorities, noting that each has been incorporated into the Retirement Security and Savings Act.
Luskin is one of four witnesses who provided testimony. The others providing testimony were:
