In 2020, NAGDCA and the Employee Benefits Research Institute (EBRI) will launch the Public Retirement Research Lab (PRRL). This collaborative project will create a first-of-its-kind database for public sector defined contribution retirement plan information, which will produce research and analysis based on actual participant behavior within public DC plans. The Lab’s goal is to provide unbiased and actionable findings to plan sponsors, administrators, policymakers and others to inform better decision making around public retirement plans.
