NAGDCA created this Fiduciary Responsibility Brochure to guide you, a fiduciary of a governmental participant directed DC plan, through the basic fiduciary responsibilities imposed upon plan sponsors. It provides a simple explanation of fiduciary standards of conduct as well as a fiduciary checklist. You are encouraged to review the checklist at least annually as a due diligence exercise designed to keep you in compliance with your fiduciary responsibilities.
