We’re excited to announce that nominations are now open for the 2025 NAGDCA – Art Caple President’s Award, recognizing exceptional public sector defined contribution plans that have demonstrated visionary leadership and a commitment to improving participant outcomes.
New for 2025 – Two Plan Categories
To better recognize excellence across a range of plan sizes, the 2025 award will honor two outstanding plans:
- Standard Plan Category – for plans with total assets under $500 million
- Large Plan Category – for plans with total assets of $500 million or more
This new structure ensures that plans of all sizes have a fair opportunity to be recognized for their impactful, participant-focused initiatives.
Each winning plan will receive:
- Recognition during the 2025 NAGDCA Annual Conference
- One complimentary registration for the 2026 Annual Conference
Plans must be NAGDCA members and demonstrate a strategic initiative that measurably enhances participant outcomes—such as retirement readiness, financial literacy, or investment education.
We look forward to celebrating the innovative work being done across the country to support public employees on their path to retirement security.
