The MSRP Board of Trustees appointed Ronda Butler Bell as Executive Director & Board Secretary in January 2021. Ms. Bell is responsible for the policy, direction, and operations of MSRP as well as general oversight of the Plan Administrator, Investment Advisor, and Stable Value Fund Manager.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Law/Legal Studies (magna cum laude) from the University of Maryland University College and a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy and Administration (magna cum laude) from the University of Baltimore College of Public Affairs.
