Kelly has worked in benefits administration for 21 years, focusing on DC plans for the last 17. Her administration expertise covers industry, plan sponsor and human resources/payroll experience, primarily with public-sector plans. She is an active member of the National Association of Governmental Defined Contribution Administrators. She is also a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Institute for Retirement Education (InFRE).
Kelly received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Management at the University of South Carolina and a Master in Business Administration from Charleston Southern University. She also holds a Certified Retirement Counselor® designation from InFRE.
