Jacob is a Director of Institutional Advisory Services at Mariner Institutional. He and his team specialize in providing fiduciary oversight and helping create customized solutions for defined contribution and deferred compensation clients. They assist clients with overall plan design, investment selection and monitoring, vendor evaluation projects and total plan cost analysis. He also contributes his experience to Mariner’s overall defined contribution strategy.
Jacob is a frequent speaker at educational and industry conferences and actively participates on various related Committees. He has spent his entire career in the retirement industry and brings a unique perspective to his clients with prior experience including participant level education, corporate strategy, and business development. Prior to joining Mariner, he held positions at Mercer and Wachovia Retirement Services (now part of Principal Financial).
