Andee Gravitt serves as the leader of the Consultant Relationship team for Nationwide Retirement Solutions®. In this role, Gravitt drives the development of consultant relationship management strategies and supports Nationwide’s sales teams to help them enhance, retain and grow consultant relationships.
In her most recent role as Executive Relationship Manager at Nationwide, Gravitt served as the primary point of contact for some of the company’s largest plans in the Western Region. She joined Nationwide in 2017 and previously held roles as an education leader and relationship manager with MassMutual Financial and Great-West (Empower).
Andee was a member of Nationwide’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council from 2020-2022 and is a tireless advocate for Nationwide and the retirement industry, serving in a number of leadership roles within NAGDCA.
