We’re excited to announce the winner of the 2026 NAGDCA Members’ Choice Award: Pennsylvania Public School Employees’ Retirement System (PSERS)!
Selected by their fellow NAGDCA members, PSERS was recognized for its innovative approach to participant communications. The PSERS DC Plan replaced a one-size-fits-all communication strategy with targeted messaging based on members’ tenure and engagement, delivering relevant education at key points throughout the retirement journey.
In 2025, the initiative reached nearly 105,000 participants through more than 1.3 million emails, generating a 48.9% open rate and nearly 37,000 clicks. The approach also helped increase engagement with PSERS’ online retirement account resources and financial wellness education.
