She has administered DC plans at both local and state levels, bringing a unique perspective on cross-jurisdictional collaboration and participant-focused innovation. Malia is passionate about transforming how participants engage with their retirement plans while advancing fiduciary excellence and strategic partnerships. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from The Evergreen State College, where she focused on psychology, leadership, and organizational development.
