Stephanie Biddle, Key Accounts Vice President, works with her clients to improve administrative efficiencies, deliver strategic client planning, achieve client satisfaction, and create long-term retention. Her passion is in helping to solve problems with solutions that benefit the plan and its participants. Stephanie has almost 20 years of experience with governmental plans in positions that have ranged from customer service, efficient processing, and case management. In addition to several large county and state plans, she has worked with many state defined contribution plans, including two of the largest. Her clients appreciate her consultative approach, extreme customer focus, and dedication to responding to issues with speed and accuracy.
Stephanie’s financial services career began in 1999, and she joined Prudential in 2018. She earned a B.A. from the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences at the Ohio State University and a M.B.A. from Ohio Dominican University. She holds her Series 6, 26, 63, and 65, life and variable insurance licenses, and Certified Retirement Counselor certification. Stephanie has been a NAGDCA member for nearly eight years.
