Welcome to the NAGDCA Website!
The National Association of Government Defined Contribution Administrators (NAGDCA) is a professional association of state and local defined contribution plan administrators and their industry service providers. NAGDCA was founded in 1980 and has grown to be the premier organization representing governmental defined contribution plans.
NAGDCA supports its member agencies and providers by:
• Providing education and information,
• Creating unique opportunities to share resources and best practices through its Annual Conference, webinars, and online network,
• Conducting legislative/regulatory advocacy in Washington D.C.
NAGDCA’s strength comes from the vitality and engagement of its members. We have an active volunteer committee structure providing many opportunities for interested individuals to share their talents and experience, incuding speaking opportunities at our conferences and webinars.
We encourage you to take advantage of all the many resources NAGDCA has to offer. Thank you for visiting our website and being a part of the important work we do in support of retirement readiness for state and local government workers.
