Near Retirement Checklist

Public sector employees near and entering retirement face a number of choices, challenges and planning opportunities that impact the financial success of their retirement years.  A public sector employee who achieves retirement financial success may be more likely to keep assets with-in their retirement savings plan and also may be more productive and satisfied with their employer both as they start planning for and into retirement.

To assist public sector plan sponsors, NAGDCA has created the Near and In Retirement Communication Checklist for use with employees as they start nearing and enjoying their retirement.  The guidelines are meant to provide plan sponsors with straightforward and easy to use resource employees during their working and retired years.
