Title: NAGDCA Legislative Update of Defined Contribution Plans

As lawmakers continue to review proposed bills and legislation concerning retirement plans, it is imperative that plan providers, administrators, consultants, and participants have the knowledge of any potential changes that may affect current recordkeeping, reporting, deferrals, etc. This webcast will offer an up-to-date look at Legislation which could potentially affect Retirement Plans nationwide, as well as the current Legislative priorities that NAGDCA is supporting for 2008.

Fee: $75 for Industry Members Whose Company Doesn't Sponsor NAGDCASTs
$100 for All Non-Member Participants.

Government members and Industry members from companies who sponsor the 2008 NAGDCAST Series do not have to pay a registration fee.

Webcast Function: NAGDCA is excited to announce that you will now be able to access the audio for the webcast via your computer.

Continuing Education: The Continuing Education Credits will be worth 1.5 credits for CRA and CRC designees which were determined by InFRE. NAGDCA will provide InFRE a list of all actual participants. This means that if you will be seeking credits, you must participate in the webcast using your contact information. Several people from the same venue that will be seeking credits must all participate separately. NAGDCAST participants seeking continuing education credits must file appropriate forms with InFRE.

Important NAGDCAST Registration Details:

  • More registration and participation details will be included in NAGDCA Fast faxes, listserve messages and on the NAGDCA website.
  • To ensure easy access to the webcast, please register by the close of business the day prior to the webcast. Last-minute registrations will be handled as efficiently as possible but delays could be encountered.
  • The Power Point presentation for the webcast will be released to registrants via NAGDCA's website the morning of the NAGDCAST.
