Joining together to impact the laws and regulations pertaining to public sector defined contribution/deferred compensation plans has been a principal focus of the association since its inception in 1980. NAGDCA very actively monitors legislation and lobbies in Washington, DC on issues concerning deferred compensation. This lobbying is done by the offices of Susan J.
