Tracy has eight years of experience in association and non-profit management, as well as experience in the benefits area of a for-profit corporation (Fazolis). She joined AMR in December of 2000 and began working with NAGDCA in October of 2003. She manages multiple full-service AMR association clients including NAGDCA, Arthur N. Caple Foundation, Association of Medical Illustrators (AMI) and serves as Managing Director in an oversight role for the Chief Officers of State Library Agencies (COSLA), and Nursing Organizations Alliance (The Alliance). She is responsible for all aspects of association management, including board and committee support, financial management, conference and meeting management, publications, website, communications and public relations, membership growth and services, industry membership services and coordination, government relations, grant development and coordination, sponsorship, and fund raising. Tracy graduated from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor's degree in accounting and is a member of ASAE, the American Society of Association Executives.
