Media Recognition Award Nomination Form

Deadline for Nominations is June 29, 2012

This award recognizes a member of the media for outstanding coverage of pension and retirement issues in newspapers, magazines, newsletters or research reports.  The 2012 award will be presented at NAGDCA's Annual Conference, to be held September 29 - October 3 in San Diego, CA.

NAGDCA members and the media are encouraged to submit nominations for a published article; articles or reports that they believe have been particularly effective in discussing issues or concepts related to retirement issues generally and/or administration of defined contribution plans that relate to state or local governments and their employees.  The media source doesn't have to be nationally distributed.

Considerations will be made on a fiscal year basis, from July 1, 2011-June 29, 2012.  The award will be given for a specific article or for outstanding cumulative coverage over the year in review.
