Measuring Engagement

In an effort to measure how effective the NRSW Campaign is, we have identified two key ways to get feedback from plan participants.

Participant Survey - NAGDCA is developing a survey that we would like all plan sponsors to send to their participants following NRSW to help measure the success of the campaign. In addition to providing a summary report, we will be able to filter the data by plan so plan sponsors can see their own data.

Focus Groups – We are looking for volunteers to host focus groups to hear directly from participants. We will be developing a moderators’ guide to help facilitate the focus group. If you are interested in hosting a focus group, please send an email to NAGDCA Headquarters at nagdca@amrms.com.
